Workout Classes
Fitness that meets you where you are—and grows with you.
Get a full-body workout in just 45 minutes with Low-to-Moderate Intensity Workout Classes designed for real people, not just athletes. This is a strong fit for beginners, adults getting back into exercise, and anyone who wants joint-friendly progress without burnout.
- Choose your level each class: Level 1, 2, or 3
- Progress at your own pace over time
- Train in a supportive, no-pressure environment
Martial Arts Training
Technique, discipline, and confidence built through consistent training.
We teach the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do and Karate while blending in other martial arts, including Kenpo and Kali. The goal is practical skill, steady progress, and training that keeps you engaged for the long term.
We do not believe one style has every answer. Years of cross-training and continued learning shape a curriculum that helps students build confidence, control, and usable technique.
- Structured progression for beginners through advanced students
- Multiple martial arts influences, including Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Kenpo, and Kali
- Training that balances real technique with a welcoming environment
Adult Self-Defense
Awareness, confidence, and clear coaching from the first class forward.
Learn practical self-defense in a class designed for adults who want useful skills, not intimidation. The focus is awareness, technique, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
- Beginner-friendly instruction
- Real-world self-defense concepts with practical application
- Supportive coaching in a separate training area from the advanced class
What to Expect on Your First Visit
New students should know exactly what walking through the door feels like: guided, approachable, and free of pressure to keep up.
- Arrive 10 minutes early
- Meet your coach and get oriented
- Warm up at your own pace
- Get guided instruction from start to finish
- Train without pressure to keep up
- Bring a spouse, parent, or family member to watch from our seating area
The facility is child-friendly for parents who need to bring kids along. We have an area where older kids can work on homework, plus a separate small room with a chalkboard, books, and a TV/DVD setup for younger children. It is meant to make training easier for families, not to function as a child-care service.
